`Well, I can only give you the definition from _The American Heretic's Dictionary_:
"Libertarian, n. Formerly, a synonym for "anarchist," a believer in equal liberty; the word is still occasionally used in this sense. Recently, however, the term has been appropriated by those who have very little in common with classical lovers of liberty. At present, it usually refers to a member of the Libertarian Party, an individual who wishes for all other individuals exactly that amount of liberty which their money can buy."
I don't identify as libertarian, because if the Libertarian Party got what they wanted, it would only further widen the gap between rich and poor. I do, however, identify as anarchist in the classical sense, that is, one who believes We The People can govern ourselves without a State.
