I'm here...I so wish I knew where you were.... Hi guys. 51yo here looking for someone who's not afraid of having an in-depth meeting of the mind/soul/spirit/body, someone willing to work on a relationship, and with the adventure to take off and realize his dreams...as well as the dreams we share together.

I'm into languages, and cultures. Have been since a little boy. Getting to know people, especially thru their own language has always been a thrill, and I'm pretty good at it.

I am the father of two adult children who turned out wonderfully, despite all the mistakes I made as a father and I'm adopting another. In the past, I have been very active with mentoring other children. My daughter lives with me now, just turned 23 this year.

Aside from languages and travelling, I dearly enjoy camping, canoeing and bike riding, although I haven't done the last two in a while. Maybe this summer.

I like, no love Sci-Fy (movies, tv, books) and some fantasy. Also drama, mysteries, history, and foreign films.

I played soccer when I was 20/21 and dearly love that sport. Got hit by a truck at 21 tho, and that ended that. Still love the game tho.

I spent 21 years in the Air Force and am amazed at the repeal of DADT. DOMA, you are next on the list.

I'm not what you would call religious, by any stretch, although I was raised to be. Native and natural spiritualism is more my scene, I guess. I've seen a lot of things in this great world that have led me to this point, experienced horrors and miracles that have drawn me in this direction, and truly find a serenity in the paths others have shown me.

I'm HIV (Feb 27, 2013)- and plan to stay that way. That hit-and-run when I was 21 has affected primarily my left leg (hip/knee) and I've put on some weight because of it over the years. Working on that. It's hard at 51, lol.
