Looking for something new Hey. My name is John. I'm 32 and have been single for a very long time. I'm pretty much open to anything from friendship to an LTR and everything in between.

I am currently working in retail management. After the holidays I plan on going back to school. I live in central NJ near Woodbridge.

I am 5'6" and around 220. Yes, I'm a big guy but we're working on it (last year at this time I was 253). I'm your average american mutt - Irish, German, Italian, French and Lebanese. I'm a bit on the hairy side (go Italy). I can be shy especially when meeting new people but I definitely open up when comfortable. I love to laugh and have a wacky (and somewhat inappropriate) sense of humor.

I'm not really into the gay bar / club scene. I don't dance so don't ask me. I do like to go out for a drink sometimes but I'm not into loud places where I have to struggle to have a conversation. I also like to go to movies (I know, who doesn't?) I like the beach especially when things are quiet. Music is huge for me. Kind of a weird mix. Some of my favorites include Alanis Morissette, Madonna, Nine Inch Nails, Queen, Motley Crue, Duran Duran.. you get the idea.

So what am I looking for in a guy? First and foremost just an all around nice person. Personality comes first. Looks are secondary. Someone that is reliable but does not need to keep tabs on my 24/7. I may get s--- for this but seriously I'm not into feminine guys. I don't want to sound like a jerk but in all honesty, if I wanted to date a chick I would. A good sense of humor certainly wouldn't hurt.
