A Cuddly Papa Bear for a First Timer I'm 6'4" and 300lbs (distributed as fat, not muscle), moderately hairy with a long salt-n-pepper goatee and mustache, brown hair (still fairly low sodium there), and blue-green eyes.

Thinking back to when I was young, I've realized that I missed out on more than one opportunity with guys that were giving out signs (subtle, in some cases) that I completely missed. Opportunities that, in daydreams, I've come back to time and again.

I've grown so much since then, mentally and emotionally, not to mention height, weight, body hair, and age - passing twice my age back then. Imagining slipping back into those missed moments, and living them to their fullest again and again is a delight.

Conceding time travel is not an option, I look at what I have to offer now. While my appearance has changed, I've retained my youthful personality almost intact. It has been tempered and strengthened with knowledge and experience, but I'm still a big kid at heart - A much more rolley-polley, hairy kid with a touch of gray in my beard... But no less the playful and positive person I started out as.

I'm sure I can make my special guy oh-so happy, but only if the idea of snuggling up with someone twice his weight, twice his age, and twice his experience... Appeals.

So many internet daters rev their engines up so high in their profiles, they look like they are racing all around town, whether they are or not. I promise that I'm far more low-key. All my revving I'm going to save for my little guy, and go just as fast or as slow as he likes.

There has got to be at least one out there that is just starting, perhaps hesitant to make a first move. Someone that, after reading all this, thinks that maybe reaching out to take the hand of this playful 'ol Papa Bear is something to at least TRY...

I hope so. And I hope that somewhere in the many moments that follow, there is one where he rests his cheek upon my hairy chest, slowly closes his eyes, and sighs contentedly.
